Robin Collins

Principal Engineer


Robin is a Partner and the Principal Engineer of Green Road Consulting. He has lived in Humboldt County for 26 years with his family. Robin graduated from California State University, Humboldt with a degree in Environmental Resource Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in California and has more than two decades of experience as a Civil Engineer. Robin’s vast experience, passion for communication, and his honesty help to reinforce his engineering and business skills when collaborating with clients and governments officials. He maintains a strong emphasis on achieving the goals and vision of each and every client.

Kaylie Saxon

General Manager


Partner of Green Road Consulting, Kaylie has lived in Humboldt County for 6 years with her family. She graduated from Western Oregon University with a B.S. in Psychology and an emphasis in Legal Studies. She has 7 years of experience in Project Management and Business Operations in the legal and engineering fields. Kaylie applies expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to solving our client’s compliance issues. Her passion for building relationships fortifies our company’s foundation of strong communication and unity within our community. She has spent the last 3 years growing Green Road orienting the firm around the goals of our clientele and the local community and has worked tirelessly to ensure the success of our clients.

Kelly Hollreiser

Water Resource Specialist


Kelly is a recent graduate from Humboldt State where she earned a B.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology. She has lived in Humboldt County for 4 years and has 3 years of experience working with local consulting companies on environmental compliance projects. She has a passion for cultural resource management and environmental conservation. At Green Road, she fulfills the role of Water Resource Specialist and assists our civil engineers with report preparation and Waiver of Waste Discharge enrollments with the State and Regional Waterboard. Her goals are to help the community understand the compliance process and to conserve the beautiful natural environment of Humboldt County.

Barrett Penton

Project Engineer


Barrett is a promising young civil engineer who began working at Green Road in August 2017 and received his B.S degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State. At Green Road, he concentrates on state and county water right compliance, performs hydrologic analyses of properties, and composes concise site reports and plans. He enjoys conceptualizing the features of our clients’ properties into streamlined water resource management plans through in-house analysis, field measurements, and intelligent design. Barrett is taking the first portion of the Principles and Practice of Engineering exam this spring, with hopes of becoming a professionally licensed civil engineer.

Dante Hamm

Environmental Planner


Dante is a recent graduate from Humboldt State who received a B.A. in Historical Legal Systems. He has lived in Humboldt County for 6 years, and has experience in fundamental government regulations and operations. At Green Road, he is one of our Environmental Planners who advises clients on local and state regulations in order to bring their businesses into compliance. Dante enjoys being at the forefront of California’s Commercial Cultivation industry and is working hard to support clients through the local hurdles of local and state regulations.

Desi Vega

Civil Drafter


Desi is Green Road’s Civil Drafter who began working at Green Road in June 2017 and has 3 years of experience as a Civil Drafter. He is a graduate of College of the Redwoods where he studied Architectural Drafting and Geomatics. Desi has spent most of his life in Humboldt County, and in his spare time, he enjoys exploring the beautiful landscape of our community with his family. At Green Road, Desi creates computer-aided designs, that suit the needs of our clients using Civil 3D while incorporating ArcMap and PIX4D. He enjoys the new challenges that Green Road provides, and his goal is to stay on the cutting edge of computer-aided design technology to meet the evolving needs of Humboldt County.
